Why is it that only teh norn PVE skills have an elite?
Doesnt matter to me much, just kinda wondering why this is and why the other races (if you will) didnt get any?

Since embodying the spirit of an animal is so important to the norn mythos, they HAD to include a means to do so. However, due to its nature it doesn't fit very well as a regular skill, 1 of 8... so they decided to make them elite :P

I know why the norn got it, but why not everyone else is all? I would have thought pain inverter would make a elite cause its pretty whoop ass

Yeah i forgot about those. I really dont mind but i was just wondering what the logic is behind only having a few of them with it.

But what they pushed out is pretty sweet...
Even though I wish each "race" or "faction" had a little bit more it terms of skills related to rep... IMO there are just too few skills there, Especially for the amount of work you have to get in order to gain that much rep... |

Perhaps because the Asuran/Ebon/Dwarf skills are a single skill whereas the Norn Blessing skills replace your skill bar with a different skill set for the duration? Just a thought.
